UAH 1,500,000 to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We have done it again!

We care about Ukrainians always and everywhere. That is why in mid-January we announced the Safety Tape social campaign, under which branded reflective tapes at an affordable price became available in Avrora stores.

These small tapes were assigned several important tasks at once: protecting our customers and their families in the dark and raising funds to support the Dovhi RUKy (reconnaissance-strike complex) of the Territorial Defence Forces project.

We are sharing the results of the charity initiative on the memorable days for every Ukrainian – when a year ago, the Territorial Defence Forces brigades were formed to defend and continue to defend our freedom.

Recently, Avrora has transferred UAH 1,500,000 to the Come Back Alive Foundation. Part of this amount is a contribution from the sale of reflective tapes, and part was added by our company. These UAH 1.5 million will be used to support the Dovhi RUKy of the Territorial Defence Forces project, which aims to purchase reconnaissance-strike complexes for our defenders. UAH 1 million has been transferred to the Territorial Defence Forces of Poltava region and UAH 500 thousand to the Territorial Defence Forces of Vinnytsia region. It is in these regions that our company has logistics centres. The amount is distributed in proportion to the number of stores in the chain that these facilities serve.

We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined the campaign. We would also like to remind you that the days are getting longer at the end of winter and soon the reflective tapes will be put to rest. But our support for the Ukrainian Armed Forces should not end there. That’s why Avrora is constantly organising charity campaigns where we support our defenders on their way to victory.
